What we offer:

Murchison Falls National Park offers an unrivaled experience combining fantastic classic game viewing, chimpanzee tracking, breathtaking scenery and the awesome river Nile with its spectacular falls.

Red Chilli is superbly located to explore Murchison. We are at Paraa on the south-bank of the River Nile in the heart of the park, just 500 metres away from where boats can be hired for game viewing and sport fishing and from where the car ferry crosses the Nile for game drives around the Delta (where the Nile enters Lake Albert).

We have a fully stocked and spacious bar and restaurant below a large open thatched roof with views towards the Nile. The restaurant is open daily from 6.30a.m. until 9.30p.m. with the bar serving drinks until midnight. A bonfire is lit every evening to further the ‘safari’ experience. Our modern toilets and showers are newly built, with provision for disabled visitors.

For those without their own transport, we run a very popular cost effective scheduled tour to and from Kampala (see separate web page for details). We can also cater for those wanting exclusive tours.

Accommodation:

We offer the only low to mid budget value for money accommodation in the park and the only camping facilities with modern showers, toilets, cooking area and security lighting.

Own tent – Ushs 10,000 per person per night. Please pre-book meals if your group is larger than four persons.

Please note: prices are per banda, per night. Our tents are supplied with paraffin lanterns at night. Electricity is available daily from 8am until midnight. All bandas have beds, bedding, towels and mosquito nets. Tents do not have mosquito nets and are not provided with towels.
